How long do I have to request a return?
Within 7 days of receiving your order.
What makes a product eligible for return?
The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery — OR unopened, unused, and in its original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase.
What cannot be returned?
Opened or used supplements, products with broken seals or tampered packaging, and promotional/clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

Are there return shipping charges?
Yes. Additional charges may apply for return shipping, taxes, or fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
My refund is late —what should I do?

I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — a return must be requested instead.
Why can't I return an opened supplement?
For health and safety reasons, opened products or those with broken seals cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Does the website provide medical advice?

The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved before competent courts in Riyadh.

What if I miss my delivery?

What causes delivery delays and am I notified?

My package arrived damaged or with missing items — what do I do?
Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund per the Return & Refund Policy.
